University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or similar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in management positions within logistics operations or supply chain, preferably in multinational environments.
Solid knowledge of the logistics sector, especially in maritime transport and 4PL solutions.
High level of English.
High organizational capacity, autonomy, innovation, and a continuous improvement mindset.
