The role

Establish best practices in the design of technological solutions, so that they respond to business needs, while being aligned with the corporate architecture

What you'll do

Provide support to the development team in technical decisions on how to implement developments, considering best practices, in a scalable and secure manner

Define and maintain the architecture of solutions, with an end-to-end vision, and addressing all layers: integrations, data, infrastructure, and security

Supervise and direct integration models between systems, including the entire layer of APIs and events

Manage the deployment team, while incorporating improvements in the DevOps domain, to improve time to market

Identify improvements to current solutions, in areas such as performance, sizing, patterns, availability, etc.

Align architecture guidelines with corporate areas

Supervise technology deliverables, considering criteria such as code quality, maintainability, scalability

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE FOR THE POSITION

Experience in technical roles, minimum of 5 years

Experience as an architect, minimum of 2 years

Experience in the insurance sector desirable, minimum of 1 year
