You will be part of the REEF Iberia Development Center, contributing to the evolution and implementation of self-service digital assets for customers, distributors, and providers within the MAPFRE Customers and Channels platform. Your mission will be to help build scalable, efficient, and business-oriented technological solutions that drive the use of digital self-management channels and improve the experience and satisfaction of our customers.

What you'll do

  • Participate in requirement gathering and in the functional and technical definition of solutions.
  • Act as a link between business and technology, understanding the needs of different stakeholders and transforming them into viable solutions.
  • Develop functionalities and supervise the technical quality of developments carried out by providers.
  • Validate architectures, infrastructures, deployments, and technological standards to guarantee robust and scalable solutions.
  • Propose technical improvements, automations, and optimizations that increase the efficiency of processes and platforms.
  • Provide support to local technological teams and participate in the implementation and maintenance of solutions in different countries.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (UX/UI, Analytics, APIs, Marketing Cloud, Development, etc.) to ensure the correct execution of initiatives.
  • Perform project monitoring, managing scope, quality, timing, and costs, and ensuring compliance with MAPFRE standards.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a technical profile with experience in the development and integration of enterprise digital solutions, capable of combining a solid technological base with business vision and coordination capacity.

We will particularly value:

  • More than 6 years of experience in technological environments and at least 4 years working in the development and integration of enterprise solutions.
  • Knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS or Google Cloud), APIs, modern architectures, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with frontend and mobile technologies such as Angular, Ionic, Node.js, Android, and iOS.
  • Knowledge of development and management tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, Postman, or SoapUI.
  • Knowledge of Virtual Assistant development (DialogFlow is a plus)
  • Ability to lead initiatives, coordinate teams, and manage technological providers.
  • An organized, decisive, and proactive person, with an orientation toward teamwork and an interest in constant learning.
  • Valuable experience in customer areas, Self-Services, or the insurance sector.
  • Minimum English level B2.
