The role

What you'll do

Analyze and perform within the scope of motor property damage claims management (Indemnity Plans):

  • The correct incoming information of the claim, determining coverage based on the conditions and by virtue of what was contracted by the insured, setting its valuation in the first instance.
  • The application of coverages according to established technical criteria and procedures or under supervision, of processing (capture, opening, processing, and closing) to provide service and information regarding claim files in their scope, ensuring a quality service.
  • The management of invoice payments for providers and clients, as well as proposing offers to the insured and opposing parties, in order to guarantee the resolution of the claim under the best time and cost conditions.
  • The commissioning and coordination of internal and external providers to guarantee the approved objectives of profitability, quality, fraud, and customer service.
  • The fight against fraud to guarantee compliance with the contractual obligations subscribed by the entity.
  • MANAGEMENT OF PROCESSING INCIDENTS THAT REQUIRE A HIGH NUMBER OF INTERACTIONS WITH THE INSURED (PRIMARILY VIA TELEPHONE) FOR THEIR RESOLUTION.
