We are looking for a person with consolidated experience in responsibility positions related to operations management, area management, management, or assistant to General Management positions.

It will be especially important that they provide:

Experience in planning, organization, and supervision of operations.
Capacity to coordinate different departments and work teams.
Knowledge of administrative management and management control.
Experience in preparing and monitoring balances, analysis of results, and indicators.
Global vision of the business and capacity to understand the interrelation between the different areas.

The role

At Paul Marlex, we are looking to recruit an Operations Director to act as a strategic and operational support figure to the Management of an important client in the Zone. They must assume a key role in the organization, planning, and supervision of the company's daily operations.

The selected person will have as their main objective operational and administrative management, providing structure, organization, and execution capacity. They will be responsible for coordinating the different areas of the company, monitoring results, and ensuring that processes and teams function efficiently.

This is a position of responsibility, with autonomy and real decision-making capacity, requiring a resourceful, organized person with initiative, capable of assuming responsibilities and anticipating business needs.

What you'll do

Operational direction and coordination: supervise and control the global operations of the company, ensuring the correct functioning of the different areas and the fulfillment of established objectives.
Planning and organization: establish priorities, plan resources, and coordinate day-to-day activities to guarantee operational efficiency.
Team management: coordinate and monitor the purchasing, sales, and other operational teams, promoting internal communication and collaboration between departments.
Economic and management control: perform balances, analyze results, monitor indicators, and detect possible deviations or areas for improvement.
Administrative management for General Management: assume and coordinate administrative and management tasks linked to General Management, facilitating the follow-up of matters, decisions, and internal processes.
Process monitoring: guarantee that internal procedures are carried out correctly, identify inefficiencies, and propose organizational improvements.
Support to Management: act as a trusted figure and direct support to management, facilitating decision-making and progressively assuming management and coordination responsibilities.
Incident resolution: manage day-to-day needs and unforeseen events with autonomy, judgment, and responsiveness.

How you'll work

Monzón (Huesca).
Possibility of some teleworking days.
Flexible schedule, with a reference of 8:00 to 17:00 h.
