The role

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading industrial company in its sector, which currently needs to hire an Installations Coordinator to manage and coordinate installation projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and the quality of service offered to clients.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Installations department, the selected person will be responsible for:

• Managing the entry of new installation projects coming from commercial orders and tenders.

• Preparing and validating installation budgets, coordinating with external technicians when necessary and comparing different offers.

• Selecting and coordinating installers, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and service quality.

• Coordinating and following up on installations, providing all necessary information and managing possible incidents during the project.

• Managing the closing of installations and transferring the necessary information for their invoicing.

• Performing after-sales follow-up, collecting client feedback, and sharing project closures with the involved departments.
