Customer Service Agent

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a growing company in the pharmaceutical sector that is looking to hire a Customer Service Agent to reinforce its team and guarantee agile and efficient management of its clients' needs.

The person hired will have a key role in managing the client relationship, acting as a link between commercial needs and the company's different internal areas, while also providing a technical vision in the management of products, orders, and incidents.

• You will manage client requests and inquiries, offering an agile and resolution-oriented response.
• You will manage the complete order cycle, from reception and entry into the system to delivery tracking.
• You will track delivery deadlines and keep the client informed of any incidents or changes.
• You will resolve technical inquiries related to products, specifications, documentation, and client requirements.
• You will act as a point of contact between the client and the different internal departments, especially Sales, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
• You will manage and track incidents, ensuring correct internal coordination until their resolution.
• You will prepare and manage documentation related to orders and products.
• You will provide support to the sales team in client follow-up, quotes, and specific needs.
• You will keep client and order information updated in the internal systems.
• You will detect possible deviations or client needs and propose alternatives or solutions.
• You will participate in the continuous improvement of Customer Service processes and in coordination with the different departments.

• Vocational or university training, preferably in technical, scientific, administrative, commercial, or similar fields.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, Commercial Back Office, or order management.
• Experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, or chemical environments, or with technical products, will be especially valued.
• Ability to interpret and manage technical product information.
• Good level of English, especially written and oral, to be able to communicate with international clients and interlocutors.
• Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
• Good organizational capacity and ability to follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer orientation and a clear vocation for service.
• Communication and coordination capacity with different interlocutors.
• Proactive, resolute profile oriented towards seeking solutions.
• Detail-oriented, responsible person with the ability to work in a team.
