Languages: Fluent command of Spanish and English (C1/C2 level).
The role
We are looking for a General Manager with a strongly relational and dynamic profile to take on the leadership of an exclusive luxury hotel in an iconic location in Madrid.
The project combines the excellence of luxury hospitality with a powerful and constant activation of entertainment and gastronomic offerings.
In a first phase, the selected candidate will join to undergo an intensive onboarding and brand familiarization process in the city, and will subsequently lead the opening process of the new hotel.
What you'll do
Management of lifestyle & entertainment operations: Comprehensively direct hotel operations (Rooms, F&B, Rooftop and event spaces), managing the high complexity involved when events drive a high-volume operation.
Leadership in opening and rebranding processes: lead the pre-opening phase, coordinating readiness, licenses, teams, positioning and potential future rebranding or expansion processes.
PR, Institutional Representation and Public Relations: Act as the visible face and main ambassador of the hotel before VIP clients, corporate executive committees, media and industry partners.
Commercial and sales orientation: work in close coordination with sales and revenue teams to optimize RevPAR and maximize non-hotel revenue (F&B, events, etc.).
Connection with the cultural environment: oversee and energize the use of unique spaces, event spaces and gastronomy, conducting guided tours and presentation events.
Financial management: rigorous budget control of the asset, optimizing operating costs and ensuring the profitability margins set for the company.
