The role

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the manufacturing of precast concrete structures, which requires incorporating an Electromechanic (M/F/X) into its factory located in Valls.

What will your mission be in the company?

What you'll do

• Detecting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns.

• Preventive maintenance of machinery, as well as repairs to motors, sheet metal work, and locksmithing.

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical automation systems, PLC-controlled automation, pneumatic and hydraulic automation, as well as variable frequency drives.

• Assembling and repairing low-voltage electrical installations, as well as replacing electric motors, gearboxes, bearings, and mechanical transmission elements.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and resolving incidents.

How you'll work

• Monday to Friday schedule with rotating weekly shifts: mornings, afternoons, and nights.

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You have training in Higher-Level Vocational Training (FPII) or a Higher Degree (CFGS) in Industrial Electronics, Industrial Automation, or a related field.

• You have more than 2-3 years of experience in the sector performing industrial machinery maintenance.

• You have knowledge in all covered areas, both electrical and mechanical.

• You are a resourceful, disciplined, and proactive person.

• You consider yourself a dynamic person with the ability to work in a team.
