Requirements

What we're looking for

You are the ideal candidate if...

You have a Vocational Training (FP) in Industrial Maintenance, Machining, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or similar.
You have experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic, with good knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics (experience in the food sector is valued).
You have notions of industrial electricity, although the position is 100% mechanical.
You are proactive, with diagnostic capacity and a desire to grow.
You have availability to work night shifts.
You reside near Puçol (L'Horta Nord) and have your own vehicle.

Nice to have

Occupational Risk Prevention (60 h or metal sector).
Food handler and notions of HACCP/GMP.
Forklifts and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWP).
Work at heights, confined spaces, and LOTO.
Industrial pneumatics and hydraulics, welding, and basic machining.
Reading blueprints, predictive maintenance, and TPM/Lean/5S.

The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading group in the food industry located in Puzol in the search for an ELECTROMECHANIC MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST. An opportunity to participate in the commissioning of a new industrial project and grow within the company. If you believe you can fit in, it will be a pleasure to meet you!

What you'll do

Execute preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on machinery, production lines, and facilities.
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults, minimizing production downtime.
Assemble, disassemble, adjust, and replace components (transmissions, bearings, gearboxes, chains, etc.).
Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems and perform alignments and inspections of mechanical assemblies.
Participate in the installation and commissioning of the plant's new equipment.
Support the electrical team with joint faults and comply with safety, LOTO, hygiene, and food safety regulations.

How you'll work

Full-time.
Availability to work with a fifth shift.
