Construction Site Foreman

• Vocational Training related to Building and Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience as a Site Foreman in building or civil engineering projects.
• Experience coordinating in-house teams, trades, and subcontracted companies.
• Knowledge of construction processes, structures, masonry, installations, and finishes.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of occupational safety and risk prevention on site.
• Ability to organize works, control yields, and anticipate needs.
• Problem-solving, responsible, organized profile with operational leadership.

At Paul Marlex, we collaborate with a consolidated construction company with an extensive track record in residential and industrial building projects, public works, and civil engineering. We are currently looking to hire a Site Foreman to coordinate the execution of projects developed in Huesca and province.

Depending on the Site Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and supervising daily worksite activities, coordinating in-house teams, trades, and subcontracted companies to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and established safety measures.

• Organize and supervise the daily execution of work on site.
• Coordinate in-house teams, trades, industrial contractors, and subcontracted companies.
• Distribute tasks and control production yields and progress.
• Interpret blueprints and convey technical instructions to the execution teams.
• Control the correct receipt, storage, and use of materials.
• Monitor the needs for personnel, machinery, and supplies.
• Verify the quality of the works executed and detect possible deviations.
• Anticipate and resolve incidents arising during execution.
• Control compliance with the planning set by the Site Manager.
• Guarantee order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and prevention measures.
• Complete daily site reports and report progress and incidents to the Site Manager.
• Collaborate in the handover and completion of the works.

• Availability to travel throughout the province of Huesca and surrounding areas.
