The role

At Marlex Great People we collaborate with a leading private hospital in Barcelona, with more than 30 years of experience and recognized for its excellence in patient care, personalized attention to patients, and the use of state-of-the-art healthcare technology.

Currently, we are looking for generalist registered nurses to join a dynamic and highly qualified team, participating in different areas: hospitalization, emergency, operating room, and specialized units. This position is ideal for professionals with adaptability, initiative, and a vocation for care, who want to develop their career in a modern and constantly growing environment.

How you'll work

Rotating shifts according to hospital needs: morning, afternoon, and night.
Professional and collaborative work environment, with constant team support and flexibility in shift planning.

Requirements

Degree in Nursing or qualification officially recognized in Spain.
Minimum experience of 6 months in hospital settings, emergency, or operating room (versatility will be valued).
Strong patient orientation, adaptability and teamwork skills, and commitment to healthcare quality.
Additional training in different areas of hospital nursing will be valued.
