Requirements

What we're looking for

💼 At least 3 years of previous experience as a sales team leader performing the described functions (field accompaniment, KPI analysis, team motivation and training, reporting, etc.).

🏠 Knowledge of products such as roofs, pergolas, or similar is essential, as well as experience in the aluminum sector.

🚗 A valid B driving license is essential.

🎯 Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, orientation towards achieving objectives, and a very positive attitude. We are looking for a person capable of leading teams and adding value through technical product knowledge.

Nice to have

📚 Technical training (Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or similar) and experience performing measurements is valued.

💻 High-level proficiency in IT tools (CRM, calculation and budgeting tools, design tools, etc.).

The role

At Lumon, we look for leaders with vision and energy. As Roof Sales Manager, you will drive our sales team and boost the growth of this business line in your area, accompanying the team in the sale of technical solutions for single-family homes and becoming a product expert.

What you'll do

👥 Lead, accompany, and develop the sales team specialized in roofs, conducting periodic meetings, field accompaniment, 1-to-1s, and role plays to improve their performance and boost their development.

🏠 Supervise and support the team in providing technical advice to the customer, helping them identify the best solution for their home (fixed roofs, mobile roofs, pergolas, etc.), guaranteeing an excellent sales experience.

🛠️ Accompany the team on technical visits, measurements, preparation of offers, and closing sales when necessary, providing technical knowledge and commercial support.

📊 Develop and execute sales strategies adapted to the area, monitor KPIs, and analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement.

🔄 Monitor the commercial activity of the branch and present reports to management regarding the results obtained and the strategies implemented.
