Requirements

What we're looking for

· Technical training in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial Maintenance, or similar.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in positions linked to industrial maintenance, planning, or technical project management.

· Ability to interpret indicators and perform monitoring through KPIs.

· Advanced user level of office tools.

· Driving licence and own vehicle.

Nice to have

· Experience in the elaboration of procedures and technical documentation is valued.

The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a consolidated industrial company in full growth, which is looking to hire a Maintenance Engineer to ensure the correct planning and execution of the organization's maintenance processes.

What you'll do

Your main mission will be to guarantee the correct planning, coordination, and monitoring of preventive maintenance activities across the different plants and facilities, ensuring operational continuity, continuous process improvement, and compliance with industrial safety standards.

· Define and develop preventive maintenance plans for machinery and facilities together with Management.

· Coordinate and issue maintenance orders to the technical team and plant managers.

· Monitor the execution of tasks and guarantee the correct recording of the actions performed.

· Elaborate procedures and SOPs associated with critical preventive maintenance operations.

· Define, analyze, and keep the main KPIs updated.

· Review and adapt preventive maintenance plans based on the analysis of detected incidents and breakdowns.

· Plan and coordinate meetings associated with technical shutdowns and supervise the correct compliance with established procedures.

· Manage periodic reviews, inspections, and preventive actions.

· Identify, analyze, and correct anomalies detected during inspections or technical reviews.

· Actively participate in continuous improvement projects oriented towards the optimization of processes and resources.

How you'll work

· Schedule from Monday to Friday, 9h to 18h
