The role

Are you passionate about on-site construction work and looking for a project where your technical leadership is key? Do you have experience managing large-scale residential developments and want to join a solid company in the Terres de l'Ebre region?

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the residential development and construction sector in the Tortosa and Amposta area. We are looking for a professional to lead the technical and economic execution of residential projects ranging from 60 to 120 homes. Your mission will be the comprehensive on-site management of the construction, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.

What you'll do

· Technical planning: Develop the construction plan and coordinate the schedule with subcontractors and suppliers.

· Economic management: Control the budget, perform measurements and certifications, and optimize purchasing expenditure.

· Supervision and quality: Ensure that works are executed in accordance with the project, regulations, and quality standards.

· Team leadership: Coordinate foremen, operators, and subcontractors, assigning tasks and supervising daily progress.

· Health and safety: Guarantee strict compliance with the safety plan and the use of PPE on site.

· Document management: Control of plans, permits, minutes, and financial monitoring of the construction site.

What do we need from you?

· Education: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering.

· Experience: At least one completed project of more than 60 dwellings, with experience in volumes of up to 120 units.

· On-site Focus: Full availability to be physically present at the construction site (Tortosa/Amposta), managing day-to-day operations on the ground.

· Soft Skills: We are looking for an honest, humble person with great leadership capacity and an authentic passion for construction.

· Technical competencies: Proficiency in cost management tools, measurements (Presto or similar), and advanced reading of plans.
