The role

At Marlex we are collaborating with a leading company in offering integral graphic communication solutions, located in Móstoles, which is currently looking for a Production Manager for the graphic arts sector.

What you'll do

Collaborate with the Operations Management on the strategic plan and annual budget, defining objectives and controlling deviations.
Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization through the LEAN methodology.
Guarantee the optimal use of equipment and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance.
Organize and distribute the tasks of the pre-press and digital printing staff, ensuring compliance with procedures.
Periodically analyze operational and productivity results, correcting deviations and reinforcing efficiency.
Travel for technical assistance in different areas, according to the company's needs.

The selected profile will be offered

You are the ideal candidate if...

You have higher education related to Graphic Arts, Advertising, or Design.
You have a minimum of three years of experience in the graphic industry sector.
You have worked with or have knowledge of the LEAN methodology.
You consider yourself a responsible, committed person with an interest in continuous training.
