Requirements

What we're looking for

The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a major company in the aerospace sector, located in Teruel and in full growth, which needs to hire a Production Manager to participate in the launch and development of a new project.

Reporting to the Production Management and in coordination with international teams, your mission will be to lead and coordinate the hangar's productive activity, managing a team of approximately 60 professionals and guaranteeing compliance with production, quality, safety, cost, and deadline objectives.

What you'll do

· Lead, organize, and develop a team of approximately 60 people, supported by their Team Leaders.

· Plan and perform daily monitoring of production and resources.

· Supervise compliance with project deadlines, budget, and KPIs.

· Detect deviations and coordinate the resolution of incidents.

· Collaborate with the different areas involved: Quality, Engineering, and Logistics.

· Participate in daily follow-up meetings with international clients.

· Ensure compliance with established quality and safety standards.
