Production Manager

Consolidated experience in plastic injection is essential.

High availability and flexibility, including presence during part of the shifts and the ability to attend to matters outside of regular hours.

Good knowledge of national geography, to effectively coordinate loading logistics.

Ability to optimize day-to-day operations on-site.

Technical knowledge of stacking robots and part extraction systems is valued.

In this context of expansion, we are looking for a person with solid experience in plastic industrial environments, who can assume the head of production role and lead the change towards more efficient, modern, and results-oriented management.

What you will do on a daily basis

You will lead the planning, organization, and supervision of production on-site, guaranteeing compliance with quality, productivity, and deadline objectives.

You will coordinate a team of 15 operators and 2 shift supervisors, ensuring the correct configuration of molds and the optimization of processes. You will collaborate closely with logistics to guarantee the preparation and loading of trucks, ensuring the flow of orders (up to 200 tons/month).

You will drive continuous improvement through preventive maintenance, team training, and the proposal of new technical solutions.
