At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading industrial company in the graphics and packaging sector, specialized in customized solutions and with a solid track record in the market, in the search for a Junior Project Manager for their offices located in Artesa de Segre.

What you'll do

· Preparing budgets and cost breakdowns for the different customized projects and products.

· Analyzing materials, formats, production processes, and manufacturing times to ensure the technical and economic feasibility of orders.

· Participating in the planning and monitoring of production projects, coordinating the different phases of the process.

· Maintaining constant coordination with the workshop and the technical team to ensure the proper development of offset and digital printing processes.

· Managing and optimizing technical information within the corporate ERP.

· Collaborating in the continuous improvement and optimization of industrial and production processes.

· Monitoring costs, margins, and production deviations to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Participating in resolving technical and production issues together with the Technical Office team.

· Coordinating with suppliers for the management of special materials and production needs.

How you'll work

· Split shift from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

What do we need from you?

· Education in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Technical Industrial Engineering.

· Previous experience in internships or industrial/production environments is valued.

· Analytical, organized, structured person with the ability to manage multiple variables simultaneously.

· Interest in process improvement and technical sensitivity towards industrial manufacturing environments.

· Experience or knowledge of ERP, cost management, and production planning is valued.

· Residency in areas near Artesa de Segre (Agramunt, Balaguer, or Ponts).
