Production Manager (Food Industry - Pre-cooked Product)

From Paul Marlex we are collaborating with a food sector company specialized in the production and marketing of prepared culinary solutions, aimed at both the end consumer and the professional channel, which currently has an ambitious growth and expansion project. For this reason, and to support their growth plan, they need to hire a PRODUCTION MANAGER with experience in the food sector (prepared foods, preserves, fourth-range products, etc.) and in a company with continuous production.

Reporting directly to the company's General Management, and working in a coordinated manner with the rest of the departments, the main tasks of the selected person will focus on:

• Coordinating and optimizing production resources, both technical and human and material, to ensure efficient manufacturing while meeting the highest quality and food safety standards.
• Planning, organizing, and supervising the plant's daily production, leading and managing the production team, distributed across three shifts (morning / afternoon / night), ensuring proper shift assignment, workload distribution, and performance.
• Controlling, together with the Quality and Food Safety Manager, compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards, as well as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
• Working in a coordinated manner with the Administration, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Logistics departments to ensure success in the production process.
• Ensuring compliance with order delivery deadlines and defined stock levels.
• Reporting periodically to Management and preparing the necessary reports directly related to the Production area.

• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a similar position within the food industry (pre-cooked products, preserves, fourth-range products, or similar), as well as solid knowledge and experience in HACCP.
• Experience in team management and production planning, as well as having worked under food safety regulations.
• Accustomed to working with ERP systems, such as SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central...

RESPONSABLE DE PRODUCCIÓ (SECTOR ALIMENTACIÓ - PRODUCTE PRE-CUINAT)

Des de Paul Marlex estem col·laborant amb una empresa del sector alimentari especialitzada en l'elaboració i comercialització de solucions culinàries preparades, orientades tant al/la consumidor/a final com al canal professional, i que actualment compta amb un ambiciós projecte de creixement i expansió. Per aquest motiu, i per poder donar resposta al seu pla de creixement, requereixen incorporar un/a RESPONSABLE DE PRODUCCIÓ que aporti experiència en el sector alimentació (pre-cuinats, conserves, productes de V Gamma,...) i en empresa amb producció contínua.

Reportant i depenent directament a la Direcció General de l'empresa, i treballant de manera coordinada amb la resta de departaments, les tasques principals de la persona seleccionada es centraran en:

• Coordinar i optimitzar els recursos productius, tant tècnics, com humans i de materials, per garantir la fabricació eficient dels productes, complint amb els més alts estàndards de qualitat i seguretat alimentària.
• Planificar, organitzar i supervisar la producció diària de la planta, i liderar i gestionar l'equip de treball de producció, repartit en tres torns productius de matí / tarda / nit, assegurant una correcta assignació de torns, de càrregues de feina i de rendiments.
• Controlar, juntament amb el/la Responsable de Qualitat i Seguretat Alimentària, el compliment dels estàndards de qualitat, higiene y seguretat alimentària, i també els APPCC's (anàlisi de punts crítics).
• Treballar de manera coordinada amb els departaments d'Administració, Compres, Manteniment i Logística per garantir l'èxit en el procés productiu.
• Garantir el compliment dels períodes d'entrega de les comandes i els nivells d'estoc definits.
• Reportar periòdicament a la Direcció, i elaborar els informes i rapports necessaris relacionats directament amb l'àrea de Producció.

• Comptes amb una experiència mínima de 6-8 anys ocupant una posició de similars característiques en el sector alimentari (producte pre-cuinat, conserves, productes de V Gamma, o similars), i comptes amb sòlids coneixements, i també experiència, en APPCC's.
• Tens experiència en la gestió d'equips i en la planificació de la producció, a més d'haver treballat sota normativa de seguretat alimentària.
• Estàs habituat/da a treballar amb ERP, com per exemple SAP, Sage, MS Business Central...

• Es valorarà positivament aportar formació a nivell de CFGS o a nivell universitari enfocada a indústries alimentàries i/o gestió de la producció.

• Formar part d'una empresa catalana que es troba en ple procés de creixement i expansió, on podràs incidir de manera directa en aquest creixement, fent-te teu el projecte d'empresa.
