The role

At Paul Marlex, we are looking for an HR generalist (soft) profile to join a real estate firm in Barcelona.

What you'll do

Design, coordinate, and implement career plans, performance evaluations, and talent development programs.

Recruitment and talent acquisition.

Manage onboarding processes and support the integration of new hires.

Prepare, update, and implement internal Human Resources manuals, policies, procedures, and protocols.

Coordinate training plans, identifying needs and monitoring training activities.

Provide support in the various generalist processes within the Human Resources area, ensuring their correct execution.

Collaborate with Human Resources Management as strategic and operational support, participating in projects and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and the optimization of departmental processes.

How you'll work

* 3 days of 9 hours with flexible entry between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and exit no earlier than 6:00 PM (minimum 30-minute lunch break)

* 2 days of 6.5-hour shifts (from the start of the contractual relationship)

* 1 day of remote work (after 6 months with the company)

* Intensive summer schedule (from June 24th to the first or second week of September, depending on the calendar): from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM / 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM

• Three mandatory weeks of vacation in August, the rest to be distributed throughout the year.

Requirements

* Demonstrated experience in a generalist Human Resources position

* Autonomous, proactive profile with the ability to manage different areas of Human Resources
