Currently, we are looking for a Nursing Supervisor for the Hospitalization and Emergency units, a position of special relevance within the organization, from which you will be able to direct care teams, reinforce the quality of care, and contribute to the evolution of hospital procedures.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily activity of both units, ensuring safe, effective assistance adapted to the needs of each patient.

• Organize and supervise the care activity of Hospitalization and Emergency, ensuring the proper functioning of both units.
• Direct and support the nursing team, fostering a coordinated, participatory work environment focused on quality care.
• Ensure the quality and continuity of care, guaranteeing safe, close, and patient-centered attention.
• Plan and manage the human and material resources necessary to ensure the proper development of care activity.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the review and improvement of circuits, protocols, and clinical procedures.
