Supervisor of Corporate Services for Cleaning and Auxiliary Staff

· You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in the corporate cleaning sector.

· You have managed large teams, exceeding 50 people, across different workplaces simultaneously.

· You have experience in managing cleaning services and personnel through management ERPs.

· You have experience working towards quality objectives, service compliance, and budgetary control.

· You are proficient in office tools, especially Excel and Word.

· You possess organizational capacity, customer orientation, and leadership skills.

· You are a resourceful, proactive person with the ability to manage multiple services simultaneously.

· Experience with Freemática for personnel management is valued.

· Vocational training (Grado Medio), High School (Bachillerato), or completed Secondary Education (ESO) is valued.

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the provision of General Services (Facility Services), which is currently looking for a Corporate Cleaning and Support Services Supervisor to join their Operations team on a permanent basis.

What will your mission be in the company?

· Manage staff coverage to ensure the correct provision of cleaning and support services.

· Supervise service quality, compliance with established standards, and the performance of the staff under your charge.

· Ensure compliance with uniform requirements, OSH regulations, and internal procedures.

· Manage client relationships, performing operational and commercial follow-up of assigned services.

· Plan, assign, and validate work schedules via ERP, for both recurring and extraordinary services.

· Coordinate and supervise the daily execution of services, identifying and managing incidents.

· Monitor absenteeism, vacations, temporary disabilities, substitutions, and overtime of the operational staff.

· Train and support the team to guarantee the correct performance of their duties.

· Prepare and present basic offers for additional services to the clients under your responsibility.

· Participate in the implementation of new corporate cleaning services.

· Supervise team performance, providing continuous feedback and support.

· Foster motivation, commitment, and a good working atmosphere within the team.

· Manage and control the material resources necessary for the activity (machinery, tools, and chemical products).
