Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development projects or areas.
Solid experience in performance management, succession, talent identification, and leadership development processes.
Experience working with managers and management committees in industrial or multinational environments.
Knowledge of competency assessment methodologies, career plans, and change management.
High level of English (minimum B2-C1) to operate in an international environment.

Nice to have

Valuable experience with LMS platforms, leadership programs, and cultural transformation projects.

The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading industrial company located in the Vallès Occidental area, which needs to hire a Talent Development Manager to lead the people development strategy and boost talent growth within the organization.

What you'll do

Design and implement the global Talent Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead performance evaluation processes, talent identification, and succession plans.
Drive development, training, and leadership programs for the various groups within the organization.
Define and coordinate talent management initiatives, promoting a solid employee experience and internal professional development.
Collaborate with managers and management in detecting training needs and team growth plans.
Analyze metrics and indicators regarding development, engagement, and talent, proposing continuous improvement actions.
Lead cultural transformation, change management, and organizational development projects in an international environment.
Coordinate external training and development providers, guaranteeing the quality and impact of the implemented initiatives.
