Support the proper implementation of the quality and food safety controls established by the company, following the defined procedures and reporting incidents to the Quality Manager.
Perform quality controls on raw materials, processes, and finished products according to established procedures.
Carry out sampling and basic analyses (physical-chemical, microbiological, and sensory).
Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Record results of controls and analyses in the corresponding formats.
Report deviations or non-conformities detected to the Quality Manager.
Collaborate in internal inspections and external audits under supervision.
Control the correct identification, storage, and traceability of products.
Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area and laboratory materials.
