What we're looking for

You have training in CFGS or a University Degree in Administration, Economics, ADE or similar.
You have experience in the administrative field or in customer service.

From Marlex Professionals we are collaborating with a company IN OLOT in energy consulting that offers technical and financial advice to large industries and that is currently GROWING and needs to incorporate a JUNIOR CONSULTANT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

What you'll do

If you are the selected candidate, you will be responsible for autonomously carrying out the following functions:

You will manage and resolve the administrative and legal procedures of the clients' energy contracts.
You will complete and update the database of the proprietary platform with client requests.
You will analyze and monitor energy markets to be able to advise them better.
Over time, you will monitor contracts with energy marketers.
You will participate in innovation and process improvement projects.
