The role

What you'll do

• Coordinate all travel for site personnel (flights, accommodation, transfers, and itineraries)

• Maintain contact with travel agencies, hotels, and service providers

• Update travel schedules and ensure changes are made on time

• Monitor travel expenses and verify compliance with company policies

• Provide administrative support to the Site Management

• Manage correspondence, files, and documents

• Keep site records and documentation organized and up to date

• Coordinate visa procedures, work permits, and residence permits for personnel

• Prepare and submit required documentation

• Follow up on expirations and renewals

• Maintain contact with authorities, embassies, and external agencies

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes

• Monitor attendance, timesheets, and leave records

• Assist with the mobilization and demobilization of personnel
