About the role

From Adecco we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a company in the industrial/operational sector in Madrid.

Ensure proper administrative and document management of the assembly area, guaranteeing internal and external coordination, as well as the efficient tracking of orders and processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.

What you'll do

  • Communication with clients to follow up on services, incidents and needs.
  • Internal coordination with departments (HSE, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales Administration).
  • Management of specific orders in collaboration with purchasing (machinery rental, facilities, assembly companies).
  • Document management associated with assemblies (delivery notes, internal applications, virtual warehouse).
  • Sending and tracking claims to suppliers.
  • Recording and controlling information in internal systems.
  • Support for the continuous improvement of assembly processes through documentation and instructions.
  • General administrative support to the operational area.

Education & certifications

  • Training in Administration, Logistics, Business Management or similar (Vocational Training or equivalent).

How you'll work

  • Working day: Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8-9 a.m. to 5-6 p.m. / Friday from 8:30-9 a.m. to 2-2:30 p.m.
  • Salary: according to collective agreement 11.77 gross/hour
  • Start date: immediate

Knowledge

  • Proficiency in office tools (especially Excel).
  • Experience in document management and administrative tasks.
