What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management, sales back office, or technical-sales support within industrial companies.
C1 level of English. Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
Knowledge or experience in blueprint interpretation.
Experience in drafting offers and quotes with a technical component.
Knowledge of order management, delivery notes, and process coordination.
Organized, analytical, and proactive person with a customer orientation.
Ability to adapt and thrive in an industrial environment.

The role

At Marlex, we are collaborating with an industrial company to recruit a Sales Back Office professional.

What you'll do

Preparation and drafting of commercial offers based on technical documentation and specifications.
Interpretation and management of blueprints to support the preparation of quotes.
Order tracking and monitoring of their progress.
Coordination of external works, management of delivery notes, and monitoring of operations.
Continuous communication and coordination with the production and sales teams.
Support in daily management and resolution of incidents related to orders and services.
