It is essential to have a basic level of English or French, as a large part of the communications and emails will be carried out in these languages.

1. MISSION OF THE ROLE

Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team in the management of clients and export operations, ensuring smooth communication with international clients and collaborators in English and/or French.

The person will be responsible for providing support in commercial follow-up, the preparation of quotes, and communication management, guaranteeing agile, orderly, and efficient management.

1. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support to the commercial team in their daily tasks.
• Follow up on commercial management and opportunities.
• Prepare quotes and know how to interpret them.
• Manage the sending and receiving of emails.
• Maintain communication with international clients and contacts.
• Manage commercial communications in English and/or French.
• Follow up on requests and communications received.
• Update and manage necessary information in IT tools.
• Provide support in the various administrative tasks related to export activity.

1. SCHEDULE

Rotating shift: one week a schedule is carried out and the following week the other.

From Monday to Saturday:

• 09:45 h to 14:00 h
• 16:30 h to 20:00 h

From Monday to Saturday:

• 11:00 h to 18:15 h
• 30 minute lunch break.
• Sunday off.
• One rest day during the week, which will rotate.
