Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (With half an hour for lunch)

We are looking for an EXPORT ADMINISTRATOR for a company specialized in the manufacturing and distribution of professional hair cosmetics and hygiene products located in Barberà del Vallès.

What you'll do

Administrative tasks for the commercial department:
Scanning and filing contracts
Management of offers and profitability, and follow-up
Order management, availability monitoring, shortage inquiries, and follow-up with planning and warehouse.
Recording packing lists in the WMS
Management and coordination of order shipments with the carrier, Logistics, and warehouse
Management and preparation of documentation for international courier shipments.
Sending documentation to clients or for transport: offers, orders, invoices, packing lists, traceability, certificates of origin, BL, CMR, Multimodal letters, ADR consignment notes, and other various specific documents for certain countries.
Updating client files
Claims regarding orders and collection of client portfolios.
GDPR and SEPA management for clients
Support and management for sales representatives and sales managers.
Control of different types of orders: dispatch and documentation to the client.
Customer and sales representative service.
Preparation of the administrative documentation necessary for PRODUCT REGISTRATIONS in third countries
Claims, opening, and follow-up with Quality, the client, and the sales representative
Search and inquiries regarding export specifications and requirements for different countries: ICEX, STANPA, ACCESS2 MARKETS, INTERTEK, etc.
Preparation of statistics and monthly sales monitoring

Requirements

Languages: Minimum HIGH level ENGLISH, both spoken and written. Having others will be valued.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years.
