Requirements

What we're looking for

Own vehicle is essential to access the workplace.
Must reside no more than 25 km from the company.
Degree in commercial activities, Business Studies, International Trade, or similar. Always with a COMMERCIAL profile.

The role

At Marlex, we are looking for a proactive and responsible person for a JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE AND/OR SALES REPRESENTATIVE WITH FRENCH position for a major company in the CHEMICAL sector.

If you consider yourself a detail-oriented and organized person, this is your opportunity to join a stable team.

What you'll do

Prospecting potential clients in the assigned geographic territory, following the sales parameters defined by the company.

2. Determining strategic action plans.

3. Acquiring new international clients through:

1. Attending national trade fairs.

2. Client databases and telemarketing.

3. Prospecting new markets through Chambers of Commerce, COPCA, Icex,...

4. Managing and coordinating the network of external representatives in their territory.

5. Client visits and commercial presentations.

6. Preparing budgets and quotes (within the parameters set by management).

7. Negotiating prices with clients.

8. Advising clients on a technical and commercial level.

9. Resolving any issues with clients during the order production process or with the finished product.

10. Preparing for and attending trade fairs.

11. Preparing visit reports and subsequently delivering them to the Sales Director.
