Requirements

What we're looking for

Are you the Ideal Candidate if...

You have training in Food Industries (CFGS) or university training in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food Science and Technology, or Food Engineering.
No previous experience required, but experience is valued in plant controls, production or as a line supervisor, and in the meat industry.
You have good communication skills and ease in conveying concepts.
You are flexible and adapt easily to changes.

Nice to have

B2 English is valued.

The role

At Marlex Professionals, we are collaborating with a consolidated company in the food sector that currently requires the incorporation of a Hygiene Controller for its Quality Department - Afternoon Shift.

What you'll do

If you are the selected candidate, you will perform quality and hygiene controls at the plant during the afternoon shift, in the packaging room. You will be responsible for carrying out the following functions:

You will perform operational hygiene verification controls at the plant and for the process.
You will monitor the sealing of the packaging.
You will ensure compliance with good handling practices.
You will review product labeling.
You will perform operational controls in the packaging room and the freezing room.
You will supervise records and labels.
