The role

At Marlex Professionals, we are collaborating with a company in the packaging sector, specialized in the manufacture of packaging made from cardboard tubes, located in the Selva region, to incorporate an experienced Production and Planning Coordinator who can assume integral production management and the coordination of a small work team.

What you'll do

Plan and organize daily production, ensuring compliance with deadlines and production needs.
Supervise warehouse operations, controlling entries, shipments, and coordination with external transport companies.
Manage stocks and material needs, as well as carry out occasional purchases of products and supplies.
Coordinate and lead a team of 5 female operators, organizing work shifts (morning and/or afternoon) according to production needs.
Supervise the operation of machinery and provide support in its preparation and setup, identifying possible incidents and coordinating with maintenance when necessary.
Ensure the organization, efficiency, and general smooth running of the production process, working closely with the shift supervisor.
