Requirements

What we're looking for

· Previous experience as a CNC Grinder.

· Knowledge in the preparation, setup, and programming of CNC grinders.

· Experience in cylindrical, internal, and/or external grinding.

· Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.

· Handling of measuring instruments and dimensional control (caliper, micrometer, comparators, roughness tester, among others).

· Meticulous, responsible person with a quality orientation.

· Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

· Own vehicle or the possibility of commuting to Martorelles.

Nice to have

· Experience in precision machining environments is valued.

At Marlex People, we are collaborating with a leading company in its sector to search for a CNC Grinder for its Martorelles plant.

What you'll do

· Prepare, set up, and operate CNC grinding machines.

· Perform high-precision cylindrical, internal, and external grinding.

· Interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.

· Program and perform machine corrections according to production needs.

· Select appropriate tools and machining parameters.

· Verify dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes using measuring instruments.

· Perform quality controls during the production process.

· Detect incidents and propose improvements to optimize manufacturing processes.

· Carry out basic maintenance of the machinery and ensure the correct state of the workstation.
