The selected candidate will be responsible for comprehensively leading complex projects and events, ensuring their proper planning, execution, and closure. They will act as a strategic figure within the team, coordinating the different departments involved, ensuring client satisfaction, and guaranteeing the quality and profitability of each project.

· Plan and execute corporate and brand events from the initial phase to project closure.

· Comprehensively manage timings, budgets, suppliers, and all logistics operations associated with the event.

· Coordinate internal and external teams, collaborating closely with the accounts, production, technical, design, and purchasing departments.

· Maintain direct communication with the client, offering solutions, conveying confidence, and ensuring the fulfillment of set objectives and expectations.

· Ensure the quality, profitability, and correct execution of the project in all its phases.

· Functionally lead account executives and production assistants during project development.

· Anticipate potential risks, manage incidents and unforeseen circumstances, and guarantee quality control during in-person events.

· Provide a strategic vision in the client relationship, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to building solid, long-term relationships.
