The role

At Marlex Professionals, we are collaborating with a consolidated company in the meat industry sector, located in the Garrotxa region, which needs to incorporate a Quality Technician to guarantee compliance with quality and food safety standards and to oversee the correct functioning of the quality system.

What you'll do

Maintain, review, and update the HACCP self-control system.
Control and manage critical control points during the different production processes.
Oversee compliance with quality and food safety standards.
Monitor IFS and BRC standards and guarantee their application.
Perform quality controls and verifications in the facilities and production processes.
Collaborate with the different departments to ensure compliance with established procedures.
