Requirements
What we're looking for
· Training in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Administration and Finance, or similar.
· Minimum of 6 months of experience managing the full payroll cycle.
· Knowledge of labor legislation, disciplinary regimes, and Occupational Risk Prevention.
· Good communication skills and the ability to deal with both the workforce and management.
· Resourceful and flexible profile with the ability to adapt to diverse situations, maintaining a practical attitude oriented toward finding solutions.
· ESSENTIAL to have your own vehicle to reach the facilities in Villaverde.

The role
At Marlex, we are looking to hire a Labor Relations Technician to provide support in daily labor management, ensuring the correct functioning of personnel administration processes and offering close attention to both the workforce and the heads of the various departments.
We are looking for a resourceful, communicative, and adaptable person, with the judgment to manage diverse labor situations and the ability to operate in a dynamic and operational environment.
Your mission will be to guarantee correct labor and administrative management of the workforce, offering close and resourceful support to the company's employees and managers. You will be a key figure for handling inquiries, managing labor incidents, and supporting teams in day-to-day situations, combining technical rigor with a practical, flexible, and people-oriented vision.
What you'll do
· Payroll management: participation in the full payroll cycle, including the collection of incidents, review of salary concepts, and management of the corresponding variables.
· Personnel administration: management of labor documentation, contracts, modifications, absences, leaves, and other procedures related to the workforce.
· Labor relations: handling and resolving employee inquiries, application of internal procedures, and support in the management of incidents and disciplinary situations.
· Internal liaison: direct communication with workers and area managers, facilitating the resolution of doubts and the management of day-to-day needs.
· Occupational Risk Prevention: collaboration in the management and monitoring of matters related to ORP.
· Management support: support in labor and people management matters, providing judgment and practical solutions to the various situations that may arise.
