We are selecting for a Repair Company, from the Home Insurance sector, located in Majadahonda, a Home Claims Processor for the Quality Department.
Achieving customer satisfaction and the analysis and management of claims (policyholder, insurance company, mediator, etc.) in the service provided.
Act decisively during the provision of the repair service to obtain fast response times from professionals and other parties involved, avoiding unnecessary delays in claims.
Review and validate all information received from all parties involved in the claim, professionals, experts, mediators, administrators, policyholders, etc., communicating with them to analyze the reasons for the origin of the claim.
Processing incidents/claims: locating the incident and resolving it, keeping the Insurance Company and the policyholder informed at all times of the status of the incident until its resolution.
Ensure that the work to be carried out by professionals is covered by the policyholder's policy.
Ensure that the closure of a service is carried out once the professional has completed all assigned work. Check, even with the policyholder, that the work has been carried out correctly.
Monitoring of file tracking for correct evolution in times and quality of service.
Receiving calls from professionals and the Company to provide a comprehensive service aimed at meeting their needs.
