The role
From our Anesthesia, Surgery and Pain division, we provide solutions to 9 surgical specialties: anesthesiology, general surgery, cardiovascular surgery, thoracic surgery, urology, gynecology and obstetrics, ENT, plastic surgery, emergency and urgent medicine.
In this division, we are looking to hire a Clinical Specialist to join the pain management division team.
Primarily, we are looking for a person who has recently completed their university studies in the technical-healthcare field, and who is motivated to develop a career with a broad scope of learning and continuous development within our company's sales department.
Their main functions as a Clinical Specialist will be to support the division's commercial team, providing technical support in the handling of neurostimulation equipment and other products from the pain management division in hospitals and private clinics in the South area, mainly in Andalusia.
It will be essential to reside in Málaga and have availability to travel nationally and internationally, as part of the initial product training will take place outside of Spain, and subsequently, they may travel to provide technical support to sales representatives and customers nationwide when necessary.
What you'll do
- Develop market activities such as training and technical assistance to customers in hospitals and private clinics in the assigned area.
- Provide technical support to the sales team to drive the promotion of neurostimulation products and other products from the pain management division in the hospital setting and in private clinics nationwide.
- Maintain contact with users and clinical decision-makers, as well as establish lasting relationships of trust with opinion leaders in their area.
- Attend meetings, congresses, and presentations to address the needs of the customers participating in them. Involve doctors and healthcare personnel in events organized and managed by the company.
- Know the technical information and the pathology related to the represented products, Marketing practices, product strategy, and market and competitor positioning, taking into account the company's priorities and strategy.
- Coordinate product training for customers: organize workshops and product presentations with residents, attending physicians, nurses, etc.
Required experience
