What we're looking for

You love interacting with people, you are passionate about innovative technology, and you enjoy selling. Your skills:

You have several years of professional experience (in retail) as well as (first-class) leadership experience
You have knowledge of and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry
You are customer-oriented and service-oriented.
You have strong leadership skills.
You have experience in social media.
You have strong analytical and communication skills and you are a proactive person.

Nice to have

Training (ideally in retail commerce) or a (double) degree with a focus on retail commerce.

The role

We are forming the team for our new MediaMarkt Figueres store and we want you to be part of it!

We are looking for people passionate about technology and with a clear customer orientation who are interested in joining this new challenge and forming the new MM Figueres team.

What you'll do

As Senior Coordinator you lead and organize the sales area, ensuring an excellent customer experience in the store. Your tasks include:

Leading and training your team and ensuring high operational sales performance by permanently integrating the omnichannel strategy
Organizing and planning the sales team as efficiently as possible to meet customer needs.
Creating a great customer experience in relation to the product and/or service.
In collaboration with other departments, guaranteeing optimal merchandise availability.
Coordinating all sales activities and campaigns together with the customer service and experience manager and carrying out jointly planned customer events.
