Technical and analytical competencies

• Advanced handling of CRM, dashboards, productivity reports, and corporate monitoring tools.

• Orientation toward detail and compliance with brand standards.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading sales teams, preferably in tourism, vacation, or service environments.
• University degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Demonstrable track record in meeting objectives and management by indicators.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in office tools and commercial management systems.
• Solid skills in planning, follow-up, and operational control.
• Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented attitude.
• Availability to adapt to operational schedules and temporary travel.

• They will dedicate part of their working day to direct sales, with individual objectives complementary to those of the team they lead, ensuring alignment with the Club's strategy and standards.
• Direct, coordinate, and motivate the sales team of their center or destination, ensuring the fulfillment of production objectives.
• Plan daily operations, assign individual goals, and supervise the correct execution of the commercial model.
• Analyze key indicators (volume, % closing, productivity, VPG) and establish action plans in the event of deviations.
• Guarantee compliance with the quality, discipline, and methodology standards defined by the Club and by Meliá.
• Conduct weekly follow-up and One-to-One sessions to evaluate individual and collective performance.
• Drive continuous training and professional development of the team, in collaboration with the Club's Training area.
• Participate in the development of acquisition and promotion strategies alongside regional managers, whether in a national or international scope (partner events and acquisition).
• Supervise the proper use of tools, materials, and resources in the sales office.
• Collaborate with Regional Management and corporate areas in the planning, monitoring, and reporting of results.
• Maintain coordination with the management of the hotels where their team operates, guaranteeing smooth operational integration.
• Lead the pilot urban sales office.
• Lead a sales office in seasonal hotels, involving temporary travel to another destination.
