We are looking for an entrepreneurial, "hunter-profile" Sales Manager with a passion for the premium and lifestyle segments to drive the commercial repositioning of an exclusive boutique hotel in Tenerife. The main mission will be to open new markets, break seasonality, and maximize the asset's overall revenue (rooms, F&B, and Spa), positioning the hotel within the high-end luxury circuit.
- Design and execute a commercial strategy focused on opening new markets, as well as acquiring and retaining key intermediaries in the luxury travel segment.
- Break the asset's seasonality by driving sales strategies to increase the Average Daily Rate (ADR) and occupancy year-round.
- Lead cross-selling and extra-room revenue generation, with a highly strategic focus on marketing the new gastronomic (F&B) and Spa concepts to both in-house and external guests.
- Act as a brand ambassador at events, fam trips, and representation dinners, ensuring the highest level of protocol, presence, and excellence.
- Work closely with the General Manager on branding, brand positioning, and social media strategies to align the hotel's image with its new luxury identity.
- Demonstrate high resilience and persistence in new business development, taking a proactive role in a turnaround project that is in full transformation rather than on "cruise control."
Must-Haves:
- Fluent, business-level proficiency in English (essential).
- Native or bilingual Spanish proficiency.
- Strong 'hunter' commercial profile with a proven track record in proactive business development.
- Previous experience working in sales departments of Lifestyle or ultra-luxury hotel brands.
- High resilience, excellent emotional intelligence, and ability to overcome frustration.
- Impeccable professional presence, presentation, and savoir-faire.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in selling F&B, Wellness/Spa, and high-end events.
- Established network and knowledge of ultra-luxury travel agencies and intermediaries.
- Deep passion for the hospitality sector and proactive, innovation-driven attitude.
- Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
