🔎We are opening an internship position in our Talent team for the workplace in Las Palmas, and we want you to be part of our team!

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Support the management of talent attraction and selection processes, collaborating with the team in defining profiles together with the requesting department and in monitoring the process until the candidate's onboarding.
• Collaborate in publishing job offers and in the active search for candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment sources.
• Screen resumes and support conducting phone interviews, under the team's supervision, contributing to the initial assessment of candidates' suitability for the profile.
• Provide support in coordinating with department managers, helping prepare follow-up reports on ongoing selection processes.
• Collaborate in monitoring the performance evaluation system, supporting administrative tasks and campaign coordination.
• Actively participate in talent development initiatives, collaborating in preparing materials for individual development plans, mentoring, or identifying internal talent.
• Collaborate in employer branding actions, participating in the organization and development of job fairs, university events, and other employer positioning initiatives.
• Participate as support in People department projects, gaining first-hand knowledge of the implementation of new people management tools and initiatives, with a continuous learning approach.

• Residence in Las Palmas
• Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, and Human Resources, or Business Administration
• A master's degree in People Management and Human Resources is a plus
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Good communication skills
