Job Mission: The Guest Experience Coordinator fulfills the daily operations of the department, committing to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Comply with the attributes, standards, and manuals that apply to their department, as well as ensure their compliance in the rest of the areas.
  • Ensure the customer experience, personalizing their stay, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

  • Comply with the Sensory Architecture in the various areas of the hotel, regarding lighting, decoration, aroma, and background music.
  • To place material orders, following the established product guidelines, to ensure the best optimization of economic resources.

What are we looking for?
