What we're looking for

University degree in Psychology, HR, or similar.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
Experience in competency-based interviews and talent attraction.
Advanced headhunting skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networks, market).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Native Catalan and a high level of English.
Organized, autonomous, communicative, and results-oriented profile.
Negotiation skills, expectation management, and effective communication with Managers.
Desire to grow in recruitment, contribute ideas, and participate in an area in full development.

One of our clients, located in Sant Cugat, wants to hire an HR Recruiter to boost the selection area at a key moment of growth and professionalization. This is a company with a high volume of vacancies and many internal opportunities, which wants to evolve towards a more strategic, candidate-centered recruitment model using modern tools.

What you'll do

Posting job offers on different job portals.
CV screening of different profiles.
Telephone contact with candidates and scheduling interviews.
Conducting in-person and remote interviews.
Communication with Managers to understand talent acquisition needs and reporting on active processes.
Preparing interview reports with objective evaluations and recommendations for

Managers.

Preparing and presenting the final proposal to the selected candidate, accompanying them through the closing process.
Support to the HR team in the different processes of the department.

What do we offer?

Stable contract with the possibility of growth within the HR area.
Flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 18:00 h and intensive Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 h.
After 3 months, the option of 1 day of teleworking or increased schedule flexibility.
