• Identification and definition of business strategies in collaboration with the management team.
• Responsible for the financial IT system, finance and accounting professionals who carry out operational and economic management to ensure the achievement of established objectives.
• Determination of financial KPIs and participation in the definition of financial reports for decision-making and recommendations on corrective measures.
• Control of general accounting, taxation, preparation of annual accounts and analysis of market trends in order to anticipate business difficulties and develop solutions.
• Preparation of medium and long-term forecasts and definition of projections in order to provide a vision of the future.
• Promotion of budgetary control to achieve established objectives.
• Supervision of the implementation and updating of financial systems.
• Management of relationships with investors and financial institutions.

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or financial certifications will be valued.
• High level of English and Spanish.
• At least 15 years of experience as a Financial Director or similar in a multinational FMCG or global company with production plants, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
• Knowledge of accounting, consolidation, and reporting.
• Experience in managing and developing multicultural teams.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
