CFO Hospitality

We are seeking a strategic and operational Chief Financial Officer to join a hospitality company in Spain. Reporting directly to the General Management and the Ownership, the selected candidate will lead financial strategy, process optimization, and the development of the internal finance and accounting team. The primary objective will be to ensure profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth, managing a turnover of approximately €20M.

Organizational Structure
This position reports directly to the General Management and the Company's Partners and Owners. The role will be responsible for the management, direction, and development of the entire internal finance and accounting team.

The role involves the preparation and supervision of the annual budget and the medium- and long-term business plan. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive KPI dashboard and preparing monthly analytical reports for management. Key responsibilities will also include overseeing cash position management and leading negotiations with banking institutions. The role must also ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations in Spain, as well as coordinating external audits. Finally, the position will manage the company's internal services, including the IT, payroll, contracts, and supplies areas.

Candidate Profile
To be considered for this position, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics is required, along with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Financial Management. A proven track record of directly leading teams and managing turnovers close to €20M is essential, as is a fluent level of English equivalent to B2 or C1. A Master's in Financial Management or an MBA will be highly valued, as will previous experience in the Hospitality, Real Estate, Tourism, or Leisure sectors, and a background in implementing ERP systems or automating processes.

Buscamos un/a Director/a Financiero/a estratégico y operativo para unirse a una compañía del sector Hospitality en España. En dependencia directa de la Dirección General y de la Propiedad, la persona seleccionada liderará la estrategia financiera, la optimización de procesos y el desarrollo del equipo interno del departamento financiero y contable. El objetivo principal será garantizar la rentabilidad, la eficiencia operativa y el crecimiento sostenible del negocio, gestionando un volumen de facturación cercano a los 20M€.

Estructura Organizativa
La posición reporta directamente a la Dirección General y a los Socios y Propiedad de la empresa. Bajo su cargo tendrá la responsabilidad de la gestión, dirección y desarrollo de todo el equipo interno del departamento financiero y contable.

La posición implica la elaboración y supervisión del presupuesto anual y del plan de negocio a medio y largo plazo. Asimismo, se encargará de diseñar e implantar el cuadro de mando integral de KPIs y de elaborar el reporting mensual analítico para la dirección. Entre sus responsabilidades críticas estará la supervisión de la posición de caja y el liderazgo en la negociación con entidades bancarias. También deberá garantizar el cumplimiento contable y fiscal de la normativa en España, además de coordinar las auditorías externas. Finalmente, asumirá la gestión de los servicios internos de la compañía, incluyendo el área de IT, nóminas, contratos y suministros.

Perfil Buscado
Para encajar en el puesto es imprescindible aportar una Licenciatura o Grado en ADE o Económicas, junto con una experiencia mínima de 5 a 7 años en Dirección Financiera. Es fundamental contar con un historial contrastado de liderazgo directo de equipos y haber gestionado volúmenes de facturación cercanos a los 20M€, además de poseer un nivel fluido de inglés equivalente a B2 o C1. Como valores añadidos muy valorables, se tendrá en cuenta contar con un Máster en Dirección Financiera o MBA, disponer de experiencia previa en los sectores de Hospitality, Real Estate, Turismo u Ocio, y tener bagaje en la implantación de sistemas ERP o en la automatización de procesos.
