The role

As a Procedures and Governance Consultant in Madrid, you will work in the Technology area of an insurance sector entity to document and improve governance procedures.

What you'll do

Gathering and drafting of processes/procedures (templates, flowcharts, RACI).

Implementation support (training, communication, adoption checklist).

Definition of metrics/KPIs per process (e.g., change lead time, rework rate, MTTR).

Management of a living process repository (Confluence/SharePoint) and version control.

Alignment with frameworks (ITIL 4; ISO 20000/27001 at a best practices level).

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Between 1-3 years of experience in IT process documentation or PMO; high writing and organizational capacity.
Basic knowledge of ITIL (incident, change, problem, request, CMDB).
Proficiency in office suites and documentation tools (Confluence or SharePoint).
Ability to document and structure work procedures.
Knowledge of tasks related to governance and process management.
