Senior HR Consultant

We are looking for a Senior HR Consultant to join a leading company in its sector, during a period of growth and evolution.

• Coordinate open selection processes with various consultancies, managing briefings, deadline monitoring, and the quality of presented candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, managers, and Management, performing the initial screening and preparing finalists for the final stages.
• Define homogeneous evaluation criteria for strategic positions and perform periodic monitoring and reporting of processes to the HR Management.
• Identify potential risks of turnover, demotivation, or misalignment in key profiles and new hires, proposing retention and development actions.
• Design and improve the onboarding process, especially for management and middle management positions, ensuring proper integration into the company.
• Monitor new hires during their first months, facilitating adaptation to the team, culture, expectations, and job objectives.
• Detect needs and areas for improvement in the employee experience, supported by tools such as climate surveys, feedback, and onboarding monitoring.
• Document processes and working methodology with consultancies, preparing monitoring reports and recommendations that allow for the improvement and continuity of the talent management model.

• 5-8 years of experience in the selection of technical/senior/executive profiles, with additional experience in talent retention and onboarding
• Experience managing relationships with external consultancies or recruitment agencies
• Fluent communication with senior profiles and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
• Own judgment to evaluate candidates and diagnose retention risks, beyond the technical filter
• Valuable: training in psychology, HR, or similar; experience in designing onboarding programs or career plans
